7-day checking warranty

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.

Products that carry an official brand warranty are covered for the period listed on the product page.

Send your order number, a short video of the issue and photos of the packaging to us on WhatsApp. We will guide you through the next steps.

Physical damage, water damage (unless the product is rated for it), and missing accessories or packaging are not covered.
